As I embark upon a new year as Principal of Ruskin Elementary School (RES), I am filled with immense gratitude for the incredible journey we have been on together. The 2023-24 school year was truly a testament to the commitment and hard work of our faculty, staff, and school community. While there is still great work to be done, I am thrilled to share some significant accomplishments made this past year!
HMH Reading Inventory Growth Increase - 20%
i-Ready Math Growth Increase - 38%
School discipline referrals decreased by 32%.
Celebrated a historical achievement in the PBIS program. Identified by the Georgia Department of Education as a "DISTINGUISHED PBIS" school. This year, I pledge to be Resilient, Empowered, and Strong as we continue our journey towards GREATNESS. Together, let’s take RES to even higher heights and continue to engage, educate, and shape the future of our Jaguars and the community.
