Due to the impending winter storm, Ware County Schools will implement a 1.5 hour (90 minute) early release on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. All schools will remain closed on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, and all afterschool activities, including athletic practices, will be canceled for both Tuesday and Wednesday. This decision has been made with the safety of our students and staff in mind.

Daffodil Pre-K will release at 12:45 PM, and elementary schools will release at 1:00 PM. The high school will release will release at 1:38 PM, and both middle schools will release at 2:00 PM.

We will continue to monitor weather conditions and will provide updates regarding school schedules for the remainder of the week as more information becomes available. Please ensure you have a plan for the early release on Tuesday, and stay tuned to our official channels for updates.
