Center Celebrates Red Ribbon Week

RED RIBBON WEEK STARTS FRIDAY

OCTOBER 23rd-29th

Each year, our students and staff at Center Elementary celebrate Red Ribbon Week during the last week of October. We want to encourage our students to always remain drug free as they grow up! We want to do our part here at Center in helping them stay on the right track to make good choices about their future. Please join us as we celebrate being drug free during this upcoming Red Ribbon Week. Our theme this year is 'Be Happy. Be Brave. Be Drug Free!" At the bottom of this article, you can access the plans for Red Ribbon Week beginning this Friday, October 23rd and next week, October 26th, 27th, 28th, and 29th.

Friday- Teaming up against drugs.  (Wear your favorite sports team jersey/shirt, etc.)

Monday-Wear RED to show you are READY to take a stand against drugs. (Wear red.)

Tuesday-Our futures are TOO Bright to do drugs! (Wear Neon/Bright Colors.)

Wednesday-It is TACKY to do drugs! (Wear Wacky Tacky Clothes.)

Thursday-My Character is too good for Drugs! (Wear your favorite character costume-no scary costumes, please.)

Friday-Student Holiday/Teacher Work Day

Parents, please join us in signing a pledge card to help kids grow up safe, healthy, and drug free. Pledge cards are coming home with traditional students today.
