In a thrilling matchup between the Ware County Gators and the Statesboro Blue Devils, fans were treated to an electrifying display of baseball prowess. The game unfolded with both teams showcasing their offensive and defensive capabilities, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats until the very last inning.

The Statesboro Blue Devils, led by standout performances from B. Yawn and R. Lawson, displayed their offensive firepower early on. Yawn, in particular, had a stellar game, notching a double and getting hit by a pitch, while Lawson contributed with a double of his own. A. Smith also made his mark on the basepaths with two stolen bases, adding to the Blue Devils' offensive pressure. Despite their efforts, the Blue Devils encountered some defensive challenges, highlighted by an error from R. Gay.

On the other side of the diamond, the Ware County Gators refused to be outdone. B. Dixon and S. Suess led the charge with impressive offensive displays, including a powerful home run from Suess. Lewis of the Blue Devils delivered a solid performance, facing 29 batters and throwing a total of 104 pitches, with a notable strike percentage of 52. On the Gators' side, E. Joiner held his own on the mound, facing 25 batters and throwing 81 pitches, with a strike percentage of 54.
