Friday night the Gator Basketball Teams find themselves in another CRUCIAL Region 1 - 5A matchup. The Gators will be on the road to face the Statesboro High Blue Devils for three games. The schedule for today will be as follows:
-JV Boys 4:00 PM
-Varsity Girls at 6:00 PM
-Varsity Boys at 7:30 PM
The game has huge region 1 - 5A implications as currently, the Lady Blue Devils are 17 - 3 overall and 5 - 1 in region 1 - 5A. The Lady Gators are currently sitting at 18 - 5 over all and 8 - 1 in Region 1 - 5A.
The Varsity Boys will also take on the Blue Devils from Statesboro High who are sitting at 16 - 3 overall and 6 - 1 in Region 1 - 5A. The Gators' record stands at 15 - 8 overall and 7 - 2 in Region 1 - 5A.
