Ware County Junior Varsity And Coffee JV Play Scoreless Tie 
The Ware County Junior Varsity girls and Coffee‘s JV girls played to a 0-0 tie on Tuesday in 2 innings. Kayleigh LeMay started in the circle for Ware. She gave up zero hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out one and walking none. 
Emme Cole started in the circle for Coffee. The starting pitcher surrendered five hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out seven and walking one. 
Amberley Padgett, Paisley Wildes, Kara Coleman, Tessa Howell, and Ashlyn Jacobs each collected one hit for the Lady Gators.

Varsity Lady Gators Come Up Short Against Lady Trojans 

Ware County lost to Coffee 5-1 on Tuesday. Coffee opened the scoring in the first after Maggie Minchew singled, scoring one run. Ware scored one run in the bottom of the seventh on a solo home run to left field by LaNeeya Garrison. 
Reagan Middleton started in the circle for Ware County. She surrendered seven hits and five runs (three earned) over seven innings, striking out three and walking none. Erin Robinson started in the circle for Coffee. The starting pitcher allowed five hits and one run over seven innings, striking out 10 and walking none. 
Aniston Delk, Raygan Dixon, Mackenzi Trull, Garrison, and Kaleigh Joiner each collected one hit each for Ware. Garrison went 1-for-3 at the plate as the center fielder led the team with one run batted in. The Lady Gators turned one double play in the game. 
Ella Winters, Hanna Hutchinson, and Minchew each collected two hits each for Coffee 2023 Coffee. Hutchinson, Robinson, Ella Edge, and Minchew each drove in one run for the Lady Trojans. 
Coffee was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Hutchinson made the most plays with 10. 
Ware will travel to Statesboro for their next region game on Thursday.
