Ware County Athletics

The Ware County 9th grade Gators won a hard fought battle tonight against Bradwell 36-12. The Gators passing game was electric all night as Isaiah White throwing for close to 300 yards and 4 touchdowns. Ja’Londi O’Hara had 6 catches for 150 yards with three touchdowns and a two-point conversion. M’khi Perry and Zion Sutton also had long completions, with Perry’s going for a score  The final score came on a Gunner Fore run Lennox Holder connected on all 4 extra points. Overall, the offense played extremely well, only punting one time the entire game.

Defensively, the Gators fought hard the entire game, struggling with the Bradwell passing game early, but settling in during the second half. Linebackers Gunner Fore and Jamarion Keyhea both played well, combining for 14 tackles, with eight coming for a loss. Fore also collected 4 sacks. After the first quarter, the defense played well, not allowing another score.
