The Gator Defense was able to get together for one last time to conclude summer workouts before the 2023 season. The defensive players and staff met up at Ritch's Alley in Waycross and had a great afternoon of socializing and bowling. Teachers and coaches have already been hard at work preparing for the school year. The first day back for students in Ware County will be Thursday August 10, 2023. The season opening scrimmage for the 2022 GHSA AAAAA State Champion Gators will be Friday August 11, 2023 @ Cairo. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM.
