Tiffany Warren is the March 2021 Certified Golden Achievement Award Winner. Upon presenting her certificate, Principal Loni Hines shared the following:
It is with great pleasure that Memorial Drive Elementary School honors Mrs. Tiffany Warren, school counselor, with this year’s Golden Achievement award. Mrs. Warren works diligently to create an atmosphere where students feel cared for, have essential supplies for school and/or home, and understand that school is an environment where safety and love is a priority. Whether she is shopping for Christmas items for needy students, helping a student find a pair of shoes that fit, giving a student a coat, or helping a parent locate food resources, her priority remains on the student and his or her well-being.
In addition to helping meet basic needs of the students, Mrs. Warren also leads our PBIS team which has a focus on positive student rewards as well as expectations such as being ready, responsible, and respectful. She has a passion to make school fun for all. Her organization of events such as dress up days for students and staff, performances by our PBIS team, and honors day ensures that the overall school experience is memorable for everyone. To be specific, her routine of sharing a joke each morning sets the tone and atmosphere for the day (no matter how corny the joke may be).
No matter the situation, Mrs. Warren is dependable and always willing to lend a helping hand. She is a positive influence and is dedicated to the growth of both our students and staff.
