Ruskin Elementary students enjoyed a fun-filled celebration of the 100th day of school. Students and teachers were welcomed to the school with a large “Happy 100th Day” banner and enjoyed dressing up as if they were 100 years old. Students participated in fun literacy and math activities throughout the week and completed writing prompts about 100 things they like about school. They also brought in bags filled with 100 objects, including Hershey kisses, pretzels, marbles, M&M's, and photographs. The students also counted out 100 objects in class, decorated the number 100, and made 100-day hats. All in all, the 100th day of school was a success!
