State School Superintendent Mr. Richard Woods visited 4th graders in Mrs. Holland and Mrs. Grantham’s class at Memorial Drive Elementary School. Each 4th grader was presented with a U.S. Constitution booklet signed by Mr. Woods. School Board Chairman Dee Meadows, Ware County Schools Superintendent Bert Smith, and MDES Principal Loni Hines welcomed Mr. Woods on campus. In addition to visiting the classrooms, Woods took time to inquire about the challenges and successes experienced this school year. We appreciate Mr. Woods making Ware County one of his many stops across the state!
