The Ware County School System is making an adjustment to the School Reopening Plan we announced in July. Initially, families were to be given an opportunity to switch their child’s learning model at the end of each nine weeks, if needed. However, Pre-K, elementary, and middle school students will not be permitted to make any additional changes after the 2nd nine weeks grading period. In other words, whatever learning model the student has at the beginning of the 2nd nine weeks will be the one he or she keeps for the remainder of the school year. Given this new information, we are reopening the form that will allow you to switch learning models. The form can be FOUND HERE and will close for the final time on Wednesday, October 7th at 11:59pm.
If you have already completed the form and wish to change your mind based on this new information, please resubmit it. We will accept the form with the most recent time and date stamp as your final choice.
High school students will have one more opportunity to switch their learning model for the start of the second semester in January, but there will be no further changes after that time.
If you have a question about your child’s learning model, please contact the school. If you need assistance accessing or completing the form, please email feedback@ware.k12.ga.us.
