ABOUT WARE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL
In 1994, the doors were opened to a brand new high school in Ware County. Located on the Valdosta Highway and home to more than 1500 students and 110 faculty members, the high school is rich with opportunities. From outstanding academic offerings to award winning extracurricular activities and sports, Ware County High School has something for everyone.
Ware County has been recognized by US News as one of the best High Schools in the Nation. Additionally, W.C.H.S. is ranked #64 in the state of Georgia among 2,702 other high schools. Georgia High Schools are made up of 2,068 public schools and 634 private schools.
According to NICHE, Ware County has been designated the 18th best county to live in.
